The panel will bring together African leaders in technology and infrastructure financing to discuss how investment
in digital infrastructure could spur growth for a post-pandemic recovery.
The session will take place, during the Africa Tech Festival and will be moderated by the co-founder of Insider
and the Africa Expert Network, Aubrey Hruby.
Speakers include: Mr. Alain Ebobisse, Africa50 CEO; Hon. Minister Paula Ingabire, Minister of ICT and Innovation of Rwanda;
